Oftentimes parents have to teach their children that the man with the lollipop may not be nice. We teach our kids to be wary. It is too bad that many of our politicians and business leaders don’t understand that the Green Movement is the man with a lollipop.

The Green Movement promotes both wind and solar power as the answer to climate change. It’s premise is that the planet is undergoing global warming as a result of fossil fuel use. So, it extends the lollipop of energy produced by wind and solar power free from any effect on the climate. Our politicians and business leaders are only too glad to lick that lollipop.

What if I told you that wind farms cause greater temperature increases than any use of fossil fuels? Suppose that large scale solar power arrays in the Middle East or Africa cause drought in the Western United States? Some might immediately dismiss such statements as rubbish. My response is “Do the research”.

There are multiple peer reviewed studies which support both statements. The effects can be both local and world wide. Research it and check it out. You will find that the statements here are correct. You will also find that like the bad man with the lollipop, the Green Movement’s lollipop is just an enticement to get you close enough to take you.
